1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the House of Games website and platform services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and House of Games (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

2. Description of Services

House of Games provides an AI-powered iGaming platform that includes casino software, game aggregation, AI operational agents, and related tools and services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice. The specific features and capabilities available to you depend on your subscription level and agreement.

3. User Obligations

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering for or using the Services
• Maintain all necessary licences and regulatory approvals for operating an online casino in your jurisdiction
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are based on a revenue share model as outlined in your specific service agreement. Revenue share percentages are calculated on Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) and may decrease as your volume increases, in accordance with our published pricing tiers. Payments are due monthly. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend Services for accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 30 days past due.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, algorithms, AI models, designs, text, graphics, and other content, are owned by or licensed to House of Games and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your authorised business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, House of Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if continued provision of Services would violate applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. We will provide reasonable assistance in migrating your data to another platform, subject to payment of any outstanding fees.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which House of Games is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by applicable law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any actions not subject to arbitration.
